Introducing the 1st collaboration between Glenbrook and Lions Roar, iconic and local NJ breweries.

 

“Kellerbier” is German for “Cellar Beer,” referring to its cool, lagering temperature.  Its recipe dates to the Middle Ages.  We used HÜll Melon and Mandarina Bavaria Hops in the brew,  yielding notes of melon and tangerine.  Light and refreshing. The perfect summer Keller.
